I'm Bored With What I'm Doing Now

There is nothing worse than a boring workout routine. Everyday dragging yourself into the gym to do something that doesn't excite you anymore. My Body is Tight and Sore

My HIIT Workouts Have Worn Me Out

We know how fun (or not) any HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training) can be. Get in, get it on and feel like you did as much as you possibly could in a short period of time. Sweat pouring, heart beating and high five-ing all of your friends. The thrill of it!

How can you not love it? We are sure you have read all of the 193,662,405 articles on how HIIT is your fastest way to results. They may even be true, if it weren't for the fact that no two people are alike and jumping into an HIIT workout without the proper base of support could set you back even further than where you started.
