I just wanted to thank you for including me in the 40 for 40 Challenge.  I wasn’t your greatest pupil but I did it for the most part in a manner that worked with my personal and business schedule and it really affected how I felt physically and mentally.  This program, with the scaling options you designed, is really for ANYONE.
