    This 30-60min video call gives us time to get to know each other better. We will ask a few questions and give you the time to get any questions you may have answered too.

  • Step Two:

    Join Your Active Life crew

    Become a Your Active Life member. Receive your athlete packet. Register your TrueCoach app and answer a few question so your coach can create your program.

  • Step Three:
    Your Assessment

    If we decide that Remote Coaching w/ Gym Access or one of our Active Life locations is the right fit for you, it's time to see where you are at this moment. Your coach will build your assessment in our workout tracking app (TrueCoach) to set a baseline for your fitness level.

  • Step Four:
    Start Your Training

    Once we know where you sit, through your assessment, your coach will build your program around that assessment to fit your goal and needs. Alway reassessing and constantly improving.

  • Step Five:

    Consistently Grow and Adapt

    This is where all the magic happens...in the process. You and your coach will work on not only a consistent pattern of fitness growth but also lifestyle and nutrition goals. Your coach is here to keep you accountable in all areas you need help to create the Freedom Through Fitness you know you deserve.​
